I have previously worked in several different areas, furniture salesman, Tesco, banking and modelling. Before this role, I hadn’t really settled although I wanted to find a stable career. When I came for the interview, I was really excited about the atmosphere within the office, and I was right, I love it here!Typical Day
It is always different, although I am doing the same job. The customer queries are not all the same. There’s lots of banter on the team. I deal with emails, quotes, starting policies, and love speaking to clients. There is not one part of the job that I don’t like, I like the whole job. I also like being part of the sports and social committee, I’ve just organised Go–Karting and I can’t wait to go.What does this company offer you that others don't?
I love the job. I love the people. I love the atmosphere. I can see a clear career path. I can see where I want to be and I am receiving support from my Manager to get there. I love confidence building and motivating people. At the moment I want to learn more about my current role, but in the future I would like to move into people management.

I worked for 7 years as a LIFFE market futures trader based in London dealing with international interest rates. I started with the Hood Group just over 2 years ago as part of a 2 man Insurance sales team that has now developed into a team of 15 and is still rapidly expanding. Surprisingly, the company has still managed to maintain a friendly and valued atmosphere during this huge growth period.Typical Day
Taking calls from clients for heavily marketed mid to high net worth policies closing the deals over the telephone. Speaking to a wide audience of customers such as Doctors and Lawyers. There is nothing like the excitement of helping the team reach their targets.What does this company offer you that others don't?
